She loved it so much but unfortunately when she used it on her bracelet she’s. Been wanting for waaaaay too long, they delivered it in gold instead of silver. She wanted silver and selected silver but something missed up on your side. She ended up not sending it back coz of the admin and she learned to love it I guess

I struggled a bit to find the e-gift card. The physical gift card was easier to find on the website than the e-card. Perhaps you could have them together in the same page and have a prompt to choose physical or e-card. Just a thought.

I was extremely disappointed and unimpressed because I added the email address and name of the person the card was meant to go to with the date. On the day, it went to me instead. Why have an option to send it to the recipient if it doesn’t work? If I didn’t ask my friend, would have never known that she didn’t receive it.

It was not a nice experience, Most of the things i wanted were sold out online. And the fact that i can’t use the digital card at the physical store was not a good experience. So disappointed that almost everthing i wanted was sold out but at the store is there and i can’t buy using my digital card.
