(b) ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS
These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all purchases ordered online at www.erabydjzinhledjzinhle.com. Use of our online shopping website constitute your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms of our website, including the additional online shopping terms below.
Product Sales and Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa, unless arranged with ERA By DJZinhle. All prices shown on our website are quoted in South African Rands and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our products and services from time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products or services ordered by you are not available.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible
the colours of the products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the device that you use to access our website, we cannot warrant that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.
You will be charged the prices that are reflected online, subject to availability. A delivery fee will be charged for each order placed by you, delivery charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
We only ship within South Africa, unless arranged with ERA By DJ Zinhle.
Delivery is via third party courier.
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.
By signing the delivery form, you acknowledge the receipt of the items ordered and that the quantity is correct.
Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by South African Post.
The delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like
your work address for delivery.
If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may
Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
Delivery charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
We do not deliver on public holidays.
We shall not be help liable for package loss due if the customer entered their delivery address incorrectly.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Defective items will be replaced. ERA By DJ Zinhle will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to email@example.com within 7 days of purchase and shipped to us within 20 days. Should it happen that your item is defective, then you can send it back by completing the online returns form. The time period for such a return is the same as any other return – 20 days after the item was received. A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Service.
In the event that ERA By DJ Zinhle Online chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.
We cannot always guarantee availability of stock and will endeavour to deliver a substitute line where possible if you have authorised us to do so.
Confirmation of Orders
Orders placed on DJZinhle.com constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive our confirmation of your order e-mail.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products shall pass to you or your authorised representative on delivery. We will retain ownership in the products until payment has been received in full.
ERABYDJZINHLE Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ERABYDJZINHLE, please send it back or return it and we will gladly replace it or issue a voucher for the value of the item/s. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on gift cards or sale/discounted items unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns up to 10 days after receipt of your order, this is to minimise the chance of items being used/worn and damaged and then returned. Should the item be out of stock at the time, the customer will be asked to choose a similar item or wait until we receive stock.
- Please note that we will not process refunds for orders that are lost or delayed by the courier service. We will send refurbishment stock if necessary.
- We will not process refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons earrings and nose rings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Faulty or defective goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Returns or exchanges on faulty or defective goods will be accepted up to 30 days, provided that the goods have been used for their intended purpose and they have been cared for according to our jewellery care instructions. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse or natural wear and tear.
You may be able to exchange items purchased from the ERABYDJZINHLE Online Shop at an ERABYDJZINHLE store.
ONLINE STORE REFUND PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged goods. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of returning an order will be paid completely by the purchaser.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can always contact us for any return questions at email@example.com or call 071 395 5077.
For items bought online, the customer/buyer responsible for shipping/courier costs of the return. We recommend using only trusted couriers, as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.
WARRANTY ON ERABYDJZINHLE WATCHES
Your watch is warranted for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The ERABYDJZINHLE warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchased ERABYDJZINHLE watch (“defects”).
During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired or watch replaced free of charge.
In the event that the original watch model is unavailable, it will be replaced with an ERABYDJZINHLE watch of similar style and/or price.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
– the life of the battery;
– normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of straps and chains, such as leather, plastic, textile, peeling of the plating);
– any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) and incorrect use of the watch.
– the ERABYDJZINHLE watch which undergoes alterations in their original condition beyond ERABYDJZINHLE’s control.
