My bag was not rapped, nonetheless I not all of the packages come rapped. I paid R200 for delivery but I got my order a week to 2 weeks my order was delayed because I was being investigated about the promo code which I’m not even aware how it was created. I received an apology email and I was promised to get charms as an apology which were never sent I only received the bag
