EARRINGS AND NOSE RINGS:
Warranty period - 3 Months from date of purchase.
Warranty covers: Factory defects.
Exchange period: Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings and nose rings for hygiene reasons.
After-sale services/repairs: When your product is no longer covered by the warranty, your piece can be assessed for repairs at your own cost. Our team will assist you with a personalised process to determine if the product can be repaired, the cost and time of your repair, which varies case by case.
WATCHES:
Warranty period – 6 Months from date of purchase.
Warranty covers: Factory defects.
Warranty does not cover: Battery life, tannish due to normal wear and tear and damage due to negligence or accidents.
Refunds: If you change your mind within 30 days, we are happy to refund your items. Items returned must be in their original sale condition, in their original packaging and proof of purchase will be required.

POLICY FOR MARKED DOWN ITEMS (SALE):
We do not exchange any promotional items and/or items bought on sale or process refunds for these items. Era By DJ Zinhle reserves the right to use alternative packaging for marked down items.
GIFT CARD POLICY
The use of gift cards can be redeemed online at www.erabydjzinhle.com or at any of our physical stores. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or refunded. If a gift card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery takes 4-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Should a customer need to exchange an item purchased online due to change of mind, they will be required to carry the shipping costs applicable.
Remote Area Surcharge:
We offer our customers a flat fee for shipping, however, in some cases, additional shipping fees will be charged to the customer should their address fall within a remote area. This is usually called a “remote area surcharge” or “extended area surcharge”, meaning these locations are far from the usual collection path of our couriers.
