​I absolutely love the size of this bag. it hits that "Goldilocks" zone of not being too big or too small. I’ve been using it nonstop for work, errands, and school pickups. However, it’s taking a while to lose the creases from shipping. I’ve been stuffing it with cloths every night to help it find its shape, but it hasn’t fully straightened out yet. ​My only real gripe is the charm attachment. The ball chain feels a bit cheap compared to the bag, and mine actually broke within two weeks of heavy use. Despite that, I love the look so much I’m already planning to order more colors for myself and a friend.
